Our Story
Recruitment.co.ke was founded in 2024 by John Doe, an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in staffing and online recruitment. His vision was to build Kenya’s largest digital marketplace for jobs.
Starting as a simple jobs board website, it has since evolved into a full-fledged talent acquisition platform. We added robust applicant tracking, ATS, and CRM features to support advanced recruitment workflows. On the job seeker side, we enhanced search, profiles, and applications to improve user experience.
Within a short span, we became the go-to site for both employers and candidates. Today, we dominate the online recruitment sphere in Kenya with millions of visitors annually. We have also expanded to other East African countries like Tanzania and Uganda.
